These terms shall have the following meanings within this Privacy Policy (these terms will apply whether used in a singular or plural and upper case or lower case):
“Customer” means any organization or business that is a Customer of Dash Hudson, has purchased the Dash Hudson Service, and has authorized its users to engage on the Platform.
“Personal Information” means any information that can be used to identify you.
“Platform” means Dash Hudson’s online, web-based platform and Dash Hudson’s mobile application.
“Third-Party Platform” means a third-party social platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
“Services” means the Platform and the related services provided by Dash Hudson to its Customers.
“We”/”Us”/”Our”/”Dash Hudson” means Dash Hudson Inc. and our affiliated companies.
“Website” means dashhudson.com and any linked webpages hosted by us.
“You”/”Your” means individual users, your organization, or the individual whose Personal Information is being processed.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Information collected during the course of Dash Hudson’s relationship with you, including when you engage with our personnel, or use our Services or Website. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Dash Hudson is the controller because we are responsible for deciding how your Personal Information is processed.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information that Dash Hudson processes on behalf of its Customers. In those instances, our Customers are the controllers of the Personal Information and their privacy policies (rather than this Privacy Policy) will apply to the Personal Information they upload and store in our Platform, as well as any Personal Information they may process from public sources through Customer’s use of the Platform. Dash Hudson’s processing activity as a service provider and processor is governed by the contracts we have with our Customers, including our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.
It is important that you read this Privacy Policy together with any other privacy notice or fair processing notice we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing Personal Information about you so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your information. This Privacy Policy supplements the other notices and is not intended to override them.
Children Under the Age of 16
Please note that Dash Hudson does not direct any of its business practices, including its Website and Services, directly or indirectly towards children. We are committed to respecting the online privacy of children and ensuring that Dash Hudson is compliant with all applicable laws. No one under age 16 may provide any Personal Information to or on our Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. Google Integration
Dash Hudson uses Google’s APIs to provide Google Drive, Google Sheet and Big Query integration features, including permitting Dash Hudson to send and receive data reports directly to and from the Customer’s Google accounts. If Customers choose to connect their Google account to the Platform, Customers are authorizing Dash Hudson to edit, create and delete only the specific Google files that Customers use within the Platform.
Dash Hudson’s use of information obtained from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
This Google integration will not share the data with Google’s third-party AI models.
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Information to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your Personal Information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have also put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Website. Applicable law may allow or require us to refuse to provide you with access to some or all of the Personal Information that we hold about you, or we may have destroyed, erased, or made your Personal Information anonymous in accordance with our record retention obligations and practices. If we cannot provide you with access to your Personal Information, we will inform you of the reasons why, subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions.

Dash Hudson complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (the “EU-U.S. DPF”), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (the “Swiss-U.S. DPF”) administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce (collectively referred to herein as the “Data Privacy Frameworks”). The Data Privacy Frameworks address how we handle the collection, utilization, and retention of Personal Information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to the United States whether through our Website or in connection with providing the services or operating and administering our business.
Dash Hudson has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (the “EU-U.S. DPF Principles”) with regard to processing Personal Information received from the European Union in relation to the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom in reliance on the UK extension of the EU-U.S. DPF. Dash Hudson has also certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (the “Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles”) with regard to the processing of Personal Information received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. In the event that Dash Hudson engages third party agents to process Personal Information on its behalf, Dash Hudson shall be responsible for ensuring that the processing is done in accordance with the applicable Data Privacy Frameworks. As noted in Section 6, Dash Hudson may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security, public interest, or law enforcement requirements. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over Dash Hudson’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK extension of the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If you have a complaint that Dash Hudson cannot resolve, Dash Hudson cooperates with JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider, for resolving disputes. The services provided by JAMS are at no cost to you. Pursuant to the DPF Principles, you may be permitted to invoke binding arbitration to address the complaint. Identity Verification - To process your request, we may need to verify your identity and retain the right to confirm your California residency.
